Teacher training courses are eligible as they develop the skills of teachers in a way that cannot be achieved without international travel. ERASMUS Intensive Language Course (EILC) Students participating in the ERASMUS Programme have the possibility to attend an ERASMUS Intensive Language Course (EILC) in the host country to prepare them for their studies or internship abroad. EILCs are offered in the less widely spoken and taught European languages. The courses are designed in such a way that each level is built on the preceding level.

Erasmus isn’t just for language students - in fact, fewer than half of Trinity students on Erasmus exchanges are studying on language degrees and we have a number of exchange partners where students may study in English.
